PS Plus Alert! Compare and buy these games before they leave from PS Plus Games Catalog in July.

This week has been a big one for PlayStation Plus subscribers. While many are celebrating the new games added to the Extra and Premium tiers just yesterday, Sony has also unveiled the list of titles leaving the service in July 2025. Thankfully, it’s a shorter list than what we saw back in May but the quality of these departing titles is high with a few fan-favorites among them. If you’re a subscriber, this is your last chance to play these before they disappear from the catalog.
Games Leaving PlayStation Plus July 2025
Only six titles are leaving PS Plus next month, but each one is worth noting—especially for fans of story-driven experiences and deep gameplay systems. One of the six is a PS VR2 game available to Premium members, which makes its departure a bit of a blow. VR2 additions have been slow lately, so losing even one title feels like a step backward for VR fans hoping for more robust support.
July will see six games exit the PlayStation Plus lineup, and while the number might be small, the impact certainly isn’t. Notably, one of the games is a PS VR2 title available for Premium users. That alone is a bit of a disappointment considering how few VR2 titles have been added to the service recently so losing even one title feels like a step backward.
Arguably the biggest loss this month is Dying Light 2, a critically and commercially successful open-world action RPG that blends free-flowing parkour with brutal zombie combat. Also a heavy hitter, Remnant II is a third-person shooter RPG and sequel to Remnant: From the Ashes. It’s a co-op-friendly, procedurally generated shooter known for its excellent combat and high replayability. Between these 2, you’re missing big value on your subscription next month.
Other titles leaving PS Plus Extra and Premium tiers mid next month is Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion, Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong, Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, and Job Simulator.

A total of 6 games are set to exit the PS Plus Game Catalog July 15:
- Dying Light 2 (PS5, PS4)
- Remnant II (PS5)
- Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion (PS5, PS4)
- Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord (PS5, PS4)
- Vampire: The Masquerade Swansong (PS5, PS4)
- Job Simulator (PSVR2) — PS Plus Premium
With so many major new releases dropping in recent weeks, it’s easy to overlook what’s leaving but remember, once they’re gone, they’re gone. Prioritize your play sessions wisely, especially with Dying Light 2, Remnant IIm and FF7 Reunion leading the pack.
