They firstly accepted my card creds and my order and after that they send me an email that saying i need to send them my 4 last digits of my card and my national ID. I have asked them to return me the money, i will come back with more info.

I bought a Windows 11 key, advertised as Instant delivery. However, I waited 1 hour for the key, and I still hadn't received it. I contacted support telling them I'd buy it somewhere else if I didn't get it soon. Then I waited more and noone replied, so I bought a key on a different site and asked for a refund. Then, they ignored my message and sent a key, 2h after my purchase, even though I had explicitly asked them for a refund. I contacted them again for a refund, but they're ignoring me
It's an OK site. I won a 10€ voucher for HRK at the roulette here and wanted to buy a game key that cost more than €10. Weirdly, you couldn't just top up the missing couple of euros in your wallet, you had to deposit at least 5$. Luckily, I could add the discount code from AKS (ALLKEYSHOP12), so the price went under €10. 😃 The key took a bit longer to be delivered compared to other sites (3-5 mins), but it did work.
Do not buy from them. I received a key that was not legitimate. Microsoft disabled my office, leaving me without the ability to work (only view mode) and they refuse to refund or give me another key, or any kind of assistance. AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY
A tip for anyone buying from this store, always use Paypal and if you get a faulty key ignore the sites stupid refund policy and open a case through Paypal.
